We are committed to your excellent oral hygiene during your orthodontic treatment. That is why Dr. Rafati encourages you to visit your dentist every three months. You will receive a complementary gift of Jama Juice certificate when you bring us a copy of our Smile Certificate signed by your dentist or hygienist.
Parent Raffle
Moms and dads can also be winners at our office! In appreciation of all our parents who drive their children to their appointments, encourage them to brush and floss at home, and for your ongoing support through referrals, your name is automatically entered in the Parent Raffle conducted every three months. The prize is a $50 gift certificate to your favorite store!
Patient Raffle
Our patients are rewarded for their cooperation. We will give you an A if you:
- Have excellent oral hygiene
- Have no loose brackets and bands
- Wear your appliances and elastics properly
- Arrive on time to your appointments
Your name is automatically entered in the Patient Raffle, conducted every three months, once your chart shows that you got an A. The prize is a $50 gift certificate to your favorite store!
Share-Your-Smile Raffle
We want everyone to enjoy the benefits of a beautiful and healthy smile like you achieved with us. We will provide you with referral cards to share with your family and friends. When your referrals come in, we will enter both your names into our Share-Your-Smile Raffle which is conducted every three months. The prize is a $50 gift certificate to your favorite store! The more family members and friends you share our cards with, the more chance you have to win!
