I have worked with Dr Rafati for over 7 years and she is one of the most professional people I know. She is extremely caring and takes her time with each patient, explaining their treatment plan and answering their every question. She is also a perfectionist when it comes to her patients smiles. Our office has 4 operatory chairs, side by side, in our open spaced office where her patients are extremely comfortable with a great atmosphere as well as state of the art tv's to entertain them as they get their treatment done. If you're looking for an excellent orthodontist office, Dr Rafati is the best!

Highly recommend Dr. Rafati. All staff are very professional and kind. It is not easy to find the orthodontist who is very knowledgeable and caring for patients at the same time. Dr. Rafati is the one. We are very happy with the service my daughter is receiving here after we tried two other orthodontists.

Very Friendly and organized staff. The pricing is competitive. The timeline they gave up front was almost to the exact day. I am extremely satisfied with the work of Dr. Rafati. She took care of the teeth of my two kids in a very professional and efficient way. She is very knowledgeable, nice with the patient and takes the time to explain what she is doing and answer question. Her team is top notch as well, and her office modern and clean. She offers appointments morning and afternoon, which means my kids almost never had to miss school going to their orthodontic appointment! I highly recommend her.

This staff treats me with so much love and respect! You can't teach that! Their skill and level of care is seriously unmatched. I wouldn't go anywhere else and that means a lot bc I switched from one orthodontist to Dr. Rafati's office! I actually paid extra just to be with this office bc I had to break my contract w my other Ortho but I don't even care bc this office is completely worth it.

I went to Doctor Rafati's Orthondontics for my braces, and currently I'm wearing retainers. I had an open bite, where my top row of teeth and bottom row of teeth did not close together; there was a big gap. After getting braces, the results were shockingly pleasant. Now, my front teeth have come out and they are covering my bottom teeth and the gap is nonexistent. The staff are extremely kind and welcoming, the facility and tools are clean and modern, it is overall such a great place. I highly highly recommend Rafati's Orthodontics for braces.

I am so happy my dad choose this Ortho because it is just perfect. The staff is so nice. Every time I went to my appointment I felt so welcomed and like they were my friends. I was so sad to get my braces off because first of all I loved them and I loved seeing everyone. I really like the flow of things there also, super organized and they have it all figured out. I highly recommend Dr.Rafati! I thought that I had already posted a review for this office, but maybe it was on another site! Anyways, here it goes! Every single person in this office is amazing! I had taken my daughter to a few different orthodontists and can't believe the differences in opinions and prices. I felt like I was at a car dealership at another ortho office and the lady looked upset when I said that I needed to think about it. Their price was $2000 more than Dr. Rafati's. When we got the consultation Kim was so great and friendly. Not pushy at all so I instantly felt comfortable with this office. Every single person here is friendly and hard working. I am so happy that I chose Dr. Rafati's office and ended up bringing my other daughter to her. Dr. Rafati is one of the best. You can't go wrong here!

This review is long overdue. Dr. Rafati and her staff are amazing! I was an adult patient for the last 4 years and it was an awesome experience. My treatment was complicated and involved jaw surgery. Throughout treatment, I always felt I was in excellent hands. Dr. Rafati is very knowledgeable and cares about her patients. She walks you through each process, speaks clearly, and answers any questions you have. Also, a huge shout out to her staff as well. They are always a joy to be around and to talk to! Needless to say, I am extremely happy with my results. I highly recommend Rafati Orthodontics!

I went to many Orthodontists offices and felt the most comfortable with Dr. Rafati and her staff. Dr. Rafati fixed my son's teeth and knew that she could. Other orthodontists were giving me different scenarios in case the first way doesn't work. I felt that Dr. Rafati and her staff were honest and caring. Very genuine people.

The only word I can use to describe this place is awesome. I truly truly hated braces and refused to do everything I was supposed to do such as wear rubber bands or not eat hard candy or chew gum etc. however I never saw an ounce of frustration from Dr. Rifati or any of the other staff members. They were nothing short of kind and helpful.

Dr. Rafati is very kind and overall a great orthodontist. Through the two years I have been here I have not been treated with anything less than kindness and care to make my teeth look beautiful and straight. All the ladies in the office are so kind and careful- they apologize to me as they worked on me and would ask me afterwards if anything was poking. I genuinely don't remember when they ever were unkind or unwelcoming. They also play fun movies during your appointment which you can watch while they work on you! Plus the reception office has hot chocolate :)!! I recently just got my braces off and they were so fun about it! I was surprised with a bag and they all gathered around with maracas which I think is so kind and fun of them. I really recommend them- they'll do their best to get the teeth you want and give you top notch quality.

Dr. Rafati and her staff are wonderful! I had invisalign for several years at a different dental office and it did not work for me. I went to Dr. Rafati for braces for about a year and she fixed my teeth. Dr. Rafati is professional and always explains everything to me. I love seeing Kim's warm welcoming smile every time I go to the office. Highly recommend Dr. Rafati to everyone who's looking for a perfect smile.

Dr. Rafati is amazing - she is very knowledgeable, professional and has a wonderful way with her patients and the parents too. My kids have been with her for years and we have referred others to her as well and she was amazing to them as well. Her staff is friendly and kind and knowledgeable as well. I feel so lucky we were referred to Dr Rafati's office years ago as my kids have had a great experience. We can't recommend her enough!

I was clearly nervous about choosing the right orthodontic provider for my then 9 year old. We received referrals to two places from our dentist and decided to go in for a consultation with Dr. Rafati. After we met with the staff and the lovely Dr. Rafati, there was just no need to meet with another provider. Over the past 3.5 years Dr. Rafati and her entire staff have provided excellent care for my daughter. They greet you with a smile when you enter and try their very best to make the visit as comfortable as can be! They are also very flexible with appointment scheduling which is a big plus - trust me there are many appointments in your journey to getting perfect teeth so don't think twice - go in and see for yourself! Thank you once again Dr. Rafati for your genuine love and care :)

Dr. Rafati did such a great job on my teeth! She was able to not only straighten my teeth, but fix an overbite, a task she noted would be difficult with Invisalign. Not to mention, she finished everything in under a year, more than a couple months in advance of the estimated time!

Dr. Rafati has fixed my teeth, my two younger brothers, my best friends son without jaw surgery, my coworker and I have referred countless people to her...Why? Because she genuinely cares and loves her patients. She is always smiling and happy and greets everyone with tenderness. Loving kindness oozes our of her I swear! I was there today and I was greeted by her staff whom were super friendly, I got excellent service and even got to watch a movie while laying in the chair. Both my son and I have been receiving orthodontic treatment from Dr Rafati for the past 5 years. My son had braces and I went through the Invisalign treatment. Dr Rafati did an amazing job for both of us. She is very technically knowledgeable and thorough. She has a very kind personality and very empathic with the patients. She patiently works around any issues that may come up and customizes the treatment carefully. Her assistants are also excellent and we got great support from the front desk staff. Overall we are very happy and glad we came to Dr Rafati.

My kids are so happy because Dr. Sima Rafati takes care of them with big heart, smile and warmth. We know Dr Rafati for almost 6 years now first we started with my daughter as soon as she was done, my Son started his braces, as you can tell we definitely been very happy since we went back same place For the second child. Three things was important for me when I was looking to find the right doctor for my kids and I found them all in Doctor Raffati’s office. #1 having a knowledgeable and experienced Doctor Who is great at what she does and has a nice personality that would work with young children. ✔️ #2 friendly & professional office staff ✔️ # 3 Open space Area that I can see my kid at ALL TIME while they are working on hers or his braces✔️ If I could I would’ve give 100 stars and yes I definitely recommend this office.

If I could give more than 5 stars for this place then I would! I absolutely LOVE Dr. Rafati's orthodontics office. They are the perfect combination of sweet and hospitable meets professional. All the staff are warm and friendly, they have welcomed me in since day one. They take their time to meet all your needs and work really hard to get the best results possible for your teeth. 2+ years of absolutely amazing care from Dr. Rafati and staff! They always ensure that you know what to expect when you are introduced to new things (rubber bands, rings, retainers) and explain what they are doing and why they are doing it. If something doesn't feel right or you don't understand something, please ask! They do their utmost to ensure you are comfortable and confident with their work. Every employee here is overly nice. Not to the point that it's overbearing but it's definitely noticeable. Dr. Rafati herself is extremely knowledgeable and takes care to inform you about what she's doing and why. I had a severe underbite and crossbite, which required upper and lower jaw surgery, that I'm currently finishing up treatment for and she always answers my questions and concerns. There's a wonderful waiting area with bananas, coffee, hot chocolate, and the receptionists are the bomb dot com. Everyone here makes you feel like family instead of just another patient, despite the slight discomfort of braces appointments, I truly enjoy coming here.

Both of my daughters are seeing Dr Rafati and they love her and the staff, as well as myself! My older daughter choose her because she treated her as a young adult and not a child like the other candidates had done. We came from another Orthodontist that we were very disappointed with, and have found quiet a different experience here. We have been seeing Dr Rafati for ~3 years and we are extremely happy with Dr Rafati and her entire office staff. I would highly recommend her to all my friends in the bay area. We loved her so much that we continued to see her, even after we moved away from South San Jose. Dr Rafati shares her opinion and consults with the family at length. She typically offers a few choices, for the situation and provides her recommendations. She always takes into account your opinion and typical activities and works with you for the right solution, that suits your lifestyles and activities. Dr Rafati is kind, caring and patient with all her patients and cares immensely about making sure you walk away with that "perfect Hollywood smile". When the braces go on initially, there is a lot of discomfort and we made several trips to her office. She was always welcoming and ensured we were taken care of. Dr Rafati has called us over the weekend when we have had unexpected emergencies. Lastly, Dr Rafati does not recommend any unnecessary things or prolong the treatment. She starts the treatment only when it is necessary (i.e at the appropriate time) and ends it at the right time. As for her office staff, they are amazing. They get to know you very well and make every visit pleasant. Even if they are not working on you on that day, they will walk over to check on you and make sure you are doing great! The staff here are very experienced and know how to deal with patients, even cranky ones and ones with severe gag reflex. They will comfort you and ease your discomfort effortlessly. The facilities are really clean and state of the art. Overall, I wish all my doctor visits are like this!

I am so glad I got my braces here. This place is the best. These ladies are the best, they are very professional, friendly and kind. They take care of you no matter what your age is. They are very attentive and they know what they are doing. The Doctor is also very polite, and she makes sure you get the resulst you want. They are always on time, and they will be done at the right time as well. If you are planning to get braces, this is absolutely the right place.

Dr. Rafati has been seeing both of my kids for orthodontics. She is the consummate professional with a staff of very kind people with virtually no turnover in four years. Ever since the first day that I walked into Dr Rafati's office I've been very happy I choose to get my braces here. Her entire Staff is very knowledgeable, professional, patient and kind. Every appointment I had started on time and I was finished right on time as well. If I ever had to reschedule at the last minute because of work, they always understood and would move my appointment to fit me in when I was freed up. The Dr was always there to answer any questions and made sure I completely understood the answers. She has very flexible payment options and had one that was just right for my budget.If I ever had a problem with my braces I would call and they would take care of it asap. Even after hours if it was an emergency. And now that I had my braces taken off today, I feel a little sad that I won't be coming here as regularly. I almost wish I could go through the process again. But what I will do is send everyone I know that is thinking about orthodontics to come to Dr Rafati as there isn't a better place on the planet.

Just had my braces removed, and my teeth look awesome. Throughout the process Dr. Rafati, and staff treated me great. Every appointment I was made to feel at home, and there wasn't any excessive waiting. The doctor is hard working, shook my hand, explained everything very well to me, and even took the time to do my work after the consultation, same day, even though she was busy! Okay don't even get me started. Rafati orthodontist is not just an average orthodontist place I go to every few weeks or so. I can honestly say over the past years that they have been a genuine family. Now that I'm done with the process of braces, there isn't going to be much visiting (I'm going to miss that). I finally found the right one even though it was a little far from where I live, but totally worth it. Dr. Rafati is very knowledgable, caring, spends time with patients. I have just had my son finish his 2.5 year treatment with Doctor Rafati, and we could not be happier! My son's teeth turned out great, and they are nice and straight. Her office was very nice and clean, and it was quite comfortable. The staff were all friendly and nice, and they were all very involved in making sure my son had great teeth. My daughter has just finished her orthodontic treatment with Dr. Sima Rafati and we could not be more pleased both with the process and the result! The doctor is knowledgeable, experienced, and caring. The office is state of the art: clean, inviting, and child friendly with TV screens above the treatment chairs. The staff is very friendly, helping and polite. We had wonderful 4 year treatment experience with them which flew by as one day! The doctor is very patient and understanding with her patients, making sure the treatment is fully complete before she lets you go. My daughter was not cooperative with wearing her rubber bands, hence her treatment took a bit longer than it was anticipated. Dr. Sima Rafati was very patient with us all along, never rushing us or kicking out of the treatment. My son has just started his treatment and we are looking forward to another 4 or so years with this orthodontic practice. I consider us lucky to have found this practice. I would highly recommend Sima Rafati to everyone with orthodontic needs. You can always come to a complimentary consultation just to take a look at the office, meet the doctor, and to find out about your treatment options. I just started coming here for my braces and the whole office is very well-furnished. All the staff are very helpful and easy to talk to. The way they set up TVs with movies in the ceilings helps the time pass as they work on my teeth. Also the way they organize the appointments is very helpful. Overall Rafati Orthodontics is an amazing place that makes my life easier. Definitely 5 stars.

I'm never one to rate these types of things, but i felt as if their great work of orthopedic dentistry needs to be heard. What separates this orthodontics to the other five places that i've been to is that Dr. Rafati and the whole entire staff are very kind and loving! Every time i come in, there's always a warm welcome. This place definitely makes you feel like family. While the process of having braces was no fun, Dr. Rafati and the staff brings less of a burden in having them. Their kind presence and loving attitude towards their job makes you feel trusted in the ways they go around fixing your teeth. I had braces for about 2 years and now my teeth looks amazing. I would definitely recommend to bring your child or even yourself to this orthodontics. Definitely the best place in the San Jose area and they will try and help anyone. I wish I can give this place 10 stars. I got my braces off today and wow, three years I've been going to this place. It's so surreal that this day has actually came. I love everybody here and their energy! They are all super sweet and friendly and it just made my time here very enjoyable. Having orthodontic work is a real pain, especially when you're just a kid. Dr. Rafati and staff has made this tedious process a far more tolerable one for my daughter. She doesn't mind at all coming here, and my youngest actually enjoys tagging along, which is probably a good thing, since her dentist has told me she'll also be needing orthodontic work in the future. I especially love chatting with Judy who is an absolute professional and real warm person. Stephanie was awesome too. Also, I love how the office is so modern and clean. They always play really good Disney/Pixar movies for the kids.

I would like to say that if anyone needs braces, I would recommend seeing Dr.Rafati based on my experience. Recently, I got my braces off and I can tell that she definitely knows how to manipulate teeth so that they are straight as a piano. Also, all the staff members were very welcoming and I felt like I could easily carry on a conversation with the technicians while they worked on my braces. What I found that was very chill about their office was that it looked very welcoming and you feel like you are at the beach. It also included TVs on the ceiling so that you have entertainment while you are waiting for your teeth to be done. Overall,i would recommend seeing Dr.Rafati if anyone is in dire need of braces.

Both my boys that are 13 and 15 have been seeing dr sima Rafati for many years for there orthodontic treatment and they have been very happy coming here she is very nice and patient with my children and others . I am very happy she works very well with you to make payments or pay in full because braces can be very pricy and i very happy that I found a orthodontist that I like and is good because when I was a child I had an orthodontist that I did not like a was not a good one I didnt want that for my children to go through the same as I did. My son's braces were removed recently and he looks great. Dr. Rafati did a great job and it took the time that she said it would take and no more. The staff is very friendly and very understanding. In my case I had to reschedule several times due to my job and they never once complained. They would take him on short notice when he needed to have the rubber bands changed. I was shocked to see anything less than 5 stars for Dr. Rafati and her staff. I have received excellent service from them for the past year and a half. I am an adult who wanted to do Invisalign. I was very hesitant trying to find an orthodontist. I saw a few other orthodontists before, and I just wasn't too happy with what their treatment plans for me were (wanted to give me veneers and all that). Dr. Rafati simply told me that I had beautiful teeth and there was no reason to do any of that. I am very satisfied with my smile now, and I think that the charges were very reasonable. For the amount of times I saw Dr. Rafati and her staff, I was surprised that I had only paid as much as I did! in the middle of my treatment, I moved to San Francisco to start medical school. The staff was very accommodating for me, and for my last set of retainers, Dr. Rafati just mailed them to me. She said she had never done that before, but it was nice to see that she could try to find ways to accommodate my schedule. Out of the countless appointments, they were 90% right on time and occasionally ran behind, but this is expected, and I never had to wait more than like 15 minutes. Very friendly and I would recommend Dr. Rafati to anyone wanting/ needing orthodontic work! It seems like a kids place, but they also do adults and they do a great job! Thanks Rafati Orthodontics!

Dr., Rafati was referred to us by our dentist for both my daughters's orthodontic needs. We were very pleased with the overall experience we have had with working with Dr. Rafati and her wonderfull staff. Our older daughter completed her orthodontic treatment and we are very satisfied with the result. The project lasted for about 3 years. The clinic is very clean and well organized and appears hygenic. Helps, especially when as a parent you are waiting for the work to be completed. Dr. Rafati was very open and engaged us in decision making every step of the way. She took time to explain the procedures, visually showing us the progress of the orthodontic work and informing us much in advance of concerns if any. She was very systematic in her approach. Her staff is very friendly and gracious - and very flexible, when it came to accomodating our schedules for appointments. My son went to Dr Rafati for braces. The office is nice, with complimentary snacks and drinks. Dr Rafati always explained everything to me so that I was aware what was happening. She caught an issue with his molar before our dentist did and referred us to a surgeon, with great results. Her office has been good to work with financially, as she will help decide when treatment can be postponed or cannot in order to spread out payments if needed. We were always able to get appointments after my work hours which is essential.

Dr. Rafati and her entire staff are extremely welcoming, so it's hard to leave with a frown even if they hurt you - which I can't remember them ever doing! They are all extremely engaged and attentive, not just with you as a patient but with you as a person (expect a lot of interesting conversations). I have 3 kids who are getting orthodontic treatment in this office. My first son is almost done with his treatment and will have his braces removed soon in 3 weeks and so far his teeth look great. My daughter had her braces removed a month ago with great results and beautiful teeth and my third son just started the first phase of his treatment this past 3 weeks. I love this office, dr. Rafati is a very good orthodontic she's very professional in her field, knows the best plans of treatment, extremely nice, attentive, and takes times to listen to your concerns. She explains what needs to be done clearly and thoroughly, I had no problem understanding any part of their treatment. Any time I had concerns about the treatment or any other issues arising from braces, appointments, kids oral hygiene or even financial were always answered patiently and resolved to satisfaction. The staff are great too, they make you feel welcome and do their best to help in any way. Let's start at the front desk ; I always have Carina takes care of our appointments and schedule, she's very helpful and have a personal touch always smiling and being kind a people person for sure. Kim at the front desk is a new addition to the great team, she is miss smiley face (that's what my kids call her) she's very nice and joyful you would love to chat with her because she makes your day brighter. For any financial issues talk to Taraneh who is there to help answer your questions and she's very nice and helpful too. All the dental assistants are great and professional Judy, Patricia, Sayeh and Jennifer had been taking care of my kids braces over the last couple years and my kids are satisfied and happy with them. They're gentle, patient and take time to explain things clearly. Over the period of treatment my sport active kids had brackets broken and other problems that needs urgent attention, whenever I called the office for an urgent appointment they would fit me in the same day or the next day to help resolve the issue. I can't rave enough about this office but my returning business for all of my children is a proof that I love this office and trust their precious smiles in good hands. I am currently an ortho patient and I have been with Dr. Rafati since July 2012. My experience so far has been awesome from the gecko. It started off with a consultation that made me feel comfortable with the choices I decided to make about getting braces. The staff is great because they welcome you with smiles and know you by your name. Then there is Dr. Rafati. You can't ask for a better and caring orthodontist. Everyone is so nice, warm and attentive to your needs. I had the invisalign treatment and everything went really smoothly and perfectly. Dr. Rafati take time to talk to me and get to know me. She remembers what I did for my last holidays! or what was my concern about the trays I had to change. I really was positively surprised by the whole team and care. The staff is really kind. They are flexible and easy to understand! Carina and Taraneh at the front desk are so helpful and friendly. They always try to do their best to accommodate you with an appointment or a bill you would need. One of my tooth was going back from where it came once the treatment ended and Dr Rafati was really attentive to that and it cost me nothing to have new consultations. Besides, I've been to several orthodontists before coming at Dr Rafati's office and it appears to be the cheapest for the same treatment. I highly recommend Dr Rafati and her nice and professional team. I am very happy with the results and I know if I have any questions or problems, I can get back to them at anytime (even after the end of the treatment) and find someone who will help me out. I was referred to Dr. Rafati from my doctor. I was in need of braces and did not like the sound of a 25 year old with braces so I started with invisalign. Dr. Rafati and her staff are not only really knowledgeable but personable as well. I felt like I was having an outing with some of my girls at the end of my session. They remember their patients, what they tell him, if they have any issues (even non dental related) and they genuinely care. I have found myself coming back to just say hi to the girls. I had a goal of removing my braces before my wedding and the staff made it happen. I am a mom with a full time job and I go to school part time. They were able to work with my time restraints and were able to get the job done in short amount of times. I know my son is going to need braces, and once the doctor gives him the ok, I know exactly where I am taking him.

My 8 year old daughter started seeing Dr. Rafati autumn of 2012. She was very scared at first, but the friendly staff and Dr Rafati's reassuring manner, demystified her treatment plan and she now she actually looks forward to her appointments. Judy and Stephanie (RDA and DA) in particular are great with us. My 3 year old who comes with her sister to appointments love these two ladies. She enjoys the movies they play on the ceiling. They make an otherwise unpleasant process enjoyable. I personally love the cleanliness of the environment and their modern approach to their office. They're big fans of Cupertino =) My daughter is now wearing partial braces with upper and lower expanders. With all the metal in her mouth, I was a concerned she'd feel very self conscious, or worse, feel uncomfortable. But she says she hardly notices she's wearing them and she had loads of complements from her friends on her choice of colours for the bands on her braces. I highly recommend them!

Rafati's Orthodontics is making my teeth look better already! I have an expander right now, but from what my brother's teeth look like now, I can't wait for the results! They make the whole experience really easy. For the kids, they place TVs above their heads (on the ceiling) so they don't get bored and fuss. They have a brushing area, so that you don't have to brush at home at the last second, and the people that work there answer all of your questions/needs. They give you packets of utensils for your appliances and include items like "gushy goo", which is a silicone goo that you roll up to make a little barrier from the mouth to the appliance, if it is irritating. The second you walk into Sima Rafati D.D.S, M.S. Orthodontics, you not only know you will get your teeth in shape, but you feel you will have fun. Usually when someone tells you're getting braces, you get scared. (Yes braces hurt and you can't change that) When I was told I was going to this place, it made my day. My sister is three years older than me, and her Orthodontist used to be in the same place that I go to today, so I knew it was going to be amazing. This is because of the environment and staff. In any Orthodontics, you never want a staff that carelessly twists and yanks wires. You want a staff that walks you to your seat, asks you how your day was, and gently tightens your wires. Then they change the color of your braces (to your choice), and asks if you've been wearing your gear. It gives you the feeling that they're not going yank your teeth out without notice. The environment makes you feel that you are on vacation-literally! The digital "windows" give you the tropical and happy feeling you deserve. If you have a little one who is getting bored, there is a flat screen TV that plays you favorite G-rated movies. Right below the TV is a snack bar that includes tea, coffee, different fruits, and hot chocolate. All in all, Sima Rafati's Orthodontics is guaranteed to give an exceptional cozy feeling that makes you glad you came.

I go here for my braces, I am very impressed with the care and service. The staff is very kind and helpful to everyone. They have many great offers and have surprised me with their great deals many times. The waiting room does not only have a flat screen TV, but it also has free beverages (tea,coffee, etc.) You don't have to check in with the staff there is a nice computer that has self check-in. If you are a patient there as you are getting your treatment there is a flat screen TV above every chair so when the chair is moved back you may relax while they are working on your teeth! It's been 2 years since I started going here for my full treatment. Dr. Rafati and her staff has been very always been friendly and welcoming to everybody. I would like to say that the Dr. Rafati's office/clinic is very clean and well organized. Her office/clinic is like a mini Apple store. The waiting room has enough seats for people who are waiting to be seen, as well as TV and a coffee machine to make your wait less painful. Also, the dental chairs have TVs mounted on the ceiling above it! The office/clinic however, is hard to find for first timers. Parking can also be difficult sometimes, but luckily her office is next to the street where you can park on the side. The best thing I like about this place is the schedule flexibility and notification. I think they are open in some Saturdays of the month for people who are very busy on their weekdays. They have some awesome way of notifying you with your appointment so you never miss it. They notify you via text, e-mail or by calling you to confirm. Overall, I love how my teeth turned out in a very timely manner and I am already getting a lot of compliments from my friends and family. Surely, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an orthodontist.

My wife came here for braces. Both the orthodontist and staff were extremely friendly. They offer flexible payment plans and work with your delta dental insurance. They can also change your rubber bands for braces at short notice and no emergency fees. The office is also high tech with self check-in computer, offer free gourmet coffee, teas and fresh fruit. Nice cheery waiting room with flat screen TV. Highly recommended. My wife had her braces taken off and her smile is now perfect, Dr Rafati and her staff do a funny little dress up and dance when the braces come off. This time they dressed in Hawaiian Hula skirts and come out with maracas. She and her staff are very caring and do a great job if your are looking for braces. 5 stars

I’m so glad for having chosen Dr. Rafati for my son. For 4 years Dr. Rafati has been sensitive to my son’s needs and concerns throughout his treatment. Her staff are always courteous, helpful and generally lovely. The assistants in the back are absolutely awesome. I saw so many of them and not a single one was someone I wouldn't want working on my son’s teeth. The office is well-run and well-coordinated. My son never ever had to wait for his appointment. Just got my braces off this Tuesday! My teeth look GREAT! Dr. Rafati and her team are highly professional and are genuinely interested in the health and look of your teeth. I commuted from Santa Cruz to San Jose for the last year and a half and with my overall experience and excellent results, I do not regret one mile of it at all. Dr. Rafati definitely has the credentials to support what she does, but what impressed me most was her ease of handling children that come through her office. There's always a Disney movie playing in the office. I'd have to say as an adult I enjoyed watching them too. I always looked forward to catching up with the ladies in the office every 6 wks :).
